Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Digital marketing

- Manage the day-to-day relationship with external agencies with regards to brand strategy, digital marketing channels (i.e. email, affiliate, display, SEO/SEM).

- Assist in email marketing calendar creation and facilitate testing and special projects for email campaigns. Coordinate with marketing team to build 360 campaigns.

- Manage and effectively utilize acquisition + retention programs to develop customer insights – Yotpo, Swell Rewards, etc.

- Utilize onsite analytics to provide meaningful actionable insights; Monitor web analytics to identify areas for improvement / concern across the site and traffic sources.

- Analyze online marketing campaign data using third party tools (e.g. Google Analytics) in concert with digital agency

- Research and provide competitive insight to the team in organized reports; Provide insight into business and industry trends and identify opportunity/risk areas

- Become well versed in agency reporting and digital marketing channels to drive business forward. Participate on weekly/monthly/quarterly calls and give direction/take action as required.

Ecommerce Operations

- Manage and oversee new item set up, catalog management and product attributes, ensuring timely product launch.

- Partner with design & other internal resources to develop product copy to enrich product catalog for e-commerce; work with writing partners to create and execute all copywriting needs as required for product hangtags, website copy, etc.

- Manage all invoicing, billing and expense reports for Ecomm & Marketing Department.

- Assist Social Media team when required.

- Special project work as needed


  • 1-3 years of non-internship experience in digital marketing; fashion background preferred
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, third party analytics tools. ERP system knowledge a plus.
  • Strong project management and followup skills
  • Must be resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Candidate must be an enthusiastic creative thinker and team player with a can do attitude
  • Quick learner who is articulate and a strong communicator
  • Must be proficient in word, excel, powerpoint and all microsoft products
  • Graphic design skills (illustrator, photoshop, in-design) a plus
