Job summary:
We are looking for a Property Manager who will maintain and enhance the value of our residential asset for the benefit of the residents, consumers and the community. This is accomplished by direction and coordination of operational activities, leasing and marketing. You will be responsible, under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, for the day to day operations of the property and to direct personnel and resources to the extent that the property is always maintained in good condition.

Hours of Operation: Full-time employees will be provided with a detailed 5 day work schedule upon hiring.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00pm


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Professional-level computer and typing skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook is required
Experience using Property Management Software such as Yardi Voyager, Real Page and IntCata is preferred.
5+ years of market rate experience of a residential community.
A proactive· approach, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language.
Timely submission of required reports, data entry and processing of Accounts Payable invoices.
Directing the work of supporting office/maintenance employees.
Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques.
Familiarity with budgets and financial and occupancy reports.
Ability to navigate stairs, lift up to twenty pounds unassisted, and reach overhead and below
Flexibility to work occasional overtime periods and assist with other communities as needed.
Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays.
