Voyager Home Healthcare currently provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Personal Care Provider services throughout the state of Colorado. In April, our company launched our first CBD store (https://getcbdlab.com/) and we are currently in the process of opening the second CBD store in Briargate. We are also opening up our first telehealth clinic in Colorado Springs in August of this year. We currently have one CNA school (https://www.getcna.co/) which is unique in that it allows students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. Our second CNA School will be opening in Denver at the end of August. We recently opened office locations in Denver and Pueblo and are currently in the process of expanding our CBD company, home healthcare services, and CNA schools to the state of Florida. Beginning in 2021, we will begin expanding our businesses to the state of Texas. Our company is aggressive in our development and relentless in our innovation. We are looking for individuals who wish to grow with us as we continue our unrelenting expansion throughout the United States and into several different healthcare-related industries. Spearheading these campaigns, are members of our Business Development team. These individuals are tasked with fueling the ever-growing expansion of our company

Success on the Job
A successful candidate for this position will be someone who can assist in the implementation and development of new programs in existing businesses as well as the opening of new companies. All of Voyager’s current, and future, expansions will be within the world of healthcare. Due to the extremely broad, and varied nature of this position; “success” is defined as someone who can do the following:
Proficiently utilize G Suite cloud computing, productivity, and collaboration tools. G Suite products are at the core of much of what our Business Development team does. Whether it’s communication, documentation, or task tracking; the familiarity with (or the ability to quickly learn) these systems is crucial.
The ability to critically think. While cliché to say, the capacity to look at a current system of business and improve upon it is crucial. For example, if our company was using a dated task-tracking tool; an ideal candidate would suggest using products more efficient and modern such as Monday.com. Another example would be improving the way Human Resources recruits by streamlining their processes, discovering more efficient ways of assessing candidates, or even sitting in on interviews for certain positions. You literally will be exposed to every facet of the business.
Individuals with an analytical mind will thrive at Voyager as members of the Business Development team are tasked with confronting problems and developing stratagems to solve them.
While running the risk of making another banal statement; consistent attention to detail is beyond critical. Whether it’s filling out paperwork for the state of Colorado, communicating with other businesses, or writing business plans; candidates should be meticulous in ensuring all aspects of their job are completed.
After six months of employment; 16 days of Paid Time Off a year. This includes 10 regular days of Paid Time Off as well as 6 paid holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, The 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Voyager also provides optional holidays. These are holidays where employees are not required to work but will not be paid if they take it off. These include Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, and Black Friday.
Voyager just recently expanded to Denver and Pueblo. By the end of 2020, we will have saturated several different markets all over the state of Colorado. Our ownership will then begin expanding the company to Texas. Due to this, we are looking for individuals who wish to grow with the company. Eventually, we will need a Director of Business Development for southern Colorado and northern Colorado.
