Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on the farm, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Duties
- Perform general farm duties such as planting, harvesting, and watering crops
- Assist with animal husbandry tasks including feeding, transportation, and monitoring livestock
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment for farm operations
- Handle animals with care and ensure their well-being
- Assist in maintenance of facilities
- Support bovine-related activities as needed
- Help with grounds maintenance and upkeep
- Conduct equipment repair and maintenance for farm machinery
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining farm equipment
- Experience in animal handling and animal husbandry practices desired
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation for farm tasks
- Familiarity with semi tractors and trailers
- Knowledge of bovine-related activities is a plus
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $150.00 - $205.65 per day
Expected hours: 40 – 110 per week
