We are a self-sustaining research center within Perspecta that provides applied research and engineering to enable government agencies, utilities and commercial enterprises to fully exploit the future of communications, analytics and cyber security.
We are looking for BS, MS or PhD students with a strong background in software development, program analysis, LLVM-IR, and software security for summer internship positions in our cyber networking research group. You will work as part of a team to develop new technologies involving program partitioning, software security, MLS/cross-domain systems, and networks. You will gain insights into cutting-edge technologies that will enable you to be part of the exciting field of cross-domain technologies.
Role: We are seeking Interns who will work on projects in one or more of these key areas:
Program privilege separation
Programming Language extensions and development
Extending IDEs for MLS development
Requires High School level plus some university courses. 1-2 years of experience.
Prefers BS, MS or PhD students with a strong background in software and/or wireless systems
US Citizenship is a requirement
Demonstrated hands-on experience building systems in Python or C/C++; additional languages (Java, Rust, Go, etc) is a plus
Expert knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms
Ability to integrate, build, and test high-quality technical solutions
Effective communication and writing skills
