aiTWorks is looking for the candidate who can work as A Sushi Chef in a Japanese Sushi Restaurant. You can learn how to cook a Japanese traditional sushi from a sushi master, the Japanese owner of the restaurant. The restaurant is very popular among locals.

***If you are Entey-Level chef, the salary might be lower.

*Time: Flexible Time / From Tuesday to Sunday, 10am - 11:30pm
*Job Duties:
- Cooking and Preparing all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi and other Japanese appetizers with a sous chefs and a head chefs.
- Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and other ingredients.
- Customer Service in the counter table.
- Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.
*Requirements:
- Sushi Chef Experience in the restaurant
- Entry-Level is accepted If you are motivated to be a sushi chef. Chefs can teach you how to make a professional Japanese sushi.
- Preferred: Japanese speaker
