Your Role:
The Senior Manager of FP&A will play a key leadership role in optimizing Tenable's business performance. Responsibilities include helping to formulate quarterly and annual guidance, developing accurate and timely financial forecasts and determining where to focus growth investments as part of the budgeting process.
Your Opportunity:
Lead teams within FP&A and foster relationships with functional leaders across Tenable
Develop annual bookings and operating plans and measure actual performance to identify sources of variances
Create accurate and timely forecasts by incorporating the impact of business decisions into our financial model
Develop and optimize performance against key financial indicators relevant to our business objectives
Mine historical results for trends in our business to improve the accuracy of forecast model assumptions and drivers
Conduct sensitivity analyses in order to "stress test" Tenable's financial forecasts based on potential changes in business conditions
Track record of success guiding the FP&A forecasting process ideally within a public company setting
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time
What You'll Need:
Understanding of subscription software business models and/or the Security Software industry with a strong accounting background
Ability to be hands-on within a three-statement model preferably with experience in Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, Tableau and/or Salesforce.com in a global setting
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with an entrepreneurial culture that may require work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
Some travel may be required
