Our Mortgage Bankers speak to clients who are already looking to purchase or refinance their homes – no cold calls!


  • Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
  • Maintain an excellent reputation of customer service and client relationships
  • Build and maintain your own sales pipeline with coaching provided by managers as needed
  • Build referral business through outstanding service and word-of-mouth with happy clients
  • Provide clients with industry leading consultation on the home-buying or refinance process and provide guidance on how to structure their loans to meet their individual goals
  • Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing
  • Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
  • Improve loan applications and documentation by informing applicant of additional requirements
  • Reject loans by explaining deficiencies to applicants
  • Help clients by answering questions; responding to requests
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping loan information confidential


  • Self-motivated, self-starter, willing to put in the work to be successful
  • No lending experience necessary – Previous sales experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred – or 2 to 3 years equivalent sales experience
  • Flexible schedule to meet borrower’s needs – Nights and weekends are always a possibility
  • Ability to set challenging goals and have the motivation to regularly hit them
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
