Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a vibrant nightclub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Enter orders accurately into the Aloha POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain composure in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Culinary knowledge is advantageous but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.68 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
