Full time office assistant at a young Branding Company in Long Island City.

This is a Creative Agency and looking for a creative individual to help in the office.

We are looking for the following qualities/skills

  • Spanish Speaking is a plus but not necessary

* Team player, exhibiting strong communication skills and flexibility

Responsibilities include

  • DAILY invoice checking
  • Updating inventory data
  • Customer service
  • Vendor relations
  • Regular office duties/tasks
  • Phones

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a PLUS

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour

Experience:

  • relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • office assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
