Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking an experienced
Senior IDAM / Remote Access Engineer . Manage and support the platform, while also designing and implementing stronger privileged access management security controls . This role will also perform subject matter expertise on remote access functionality including Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
What You'll Do :
- Manage and support the platform, while also designing and implementing stronger privileged access management security controls.
- Manage and support remote access capabilities including Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Architect and enforce robust identity security protocols within Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Write C# rule extensions on the Forefront Identify Manager (FIM) servers to support brokering data to and from several data sources, including SQL, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and Active Directory.
- Design and consistently update identity security standards.
- Apply controls to guarantee adherence to our identity security standards.
- Collaborate with the senior security engineering team to understand and apply best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure seamless and uniform application of identity security standards.
- Document implemented processes and contribute s to the security knowledge base.
- Harness PowerShell for IAM-related automation and workflow enhancement.
- Provide crucial support during security events and incidents, focusing on identity-related issues.
- Develop and maintain custom software solutions to support RAS activities, including database-driven applications
**Position is Contingent on Contract Award**
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 12 + years in cyber security or IAM experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of zero-trust principles within identity management.
- Familiarity with PAM and IDAM solutions, preferably CyberArk
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
- Good working knowledge (including the ability to setup, configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot) Windows-based systems and services such as DHCP, DNS, IIS, MS-SQL, NPS, etc.
- 8+ years relevant experience in performing OS installation maintenance, and operational support Windows Server, VMWare, and Linux ( Rhel )
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Daily interaction with customer and multiple data center staff. This is done in person, over the phone, and via email
- 5+ years' experience with Citrix
- Carry mobile devices and provide support off hours
Desired Qualifications:
- Exp erience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- ITIL foundations preferred
- MCSA/MCSE certifications preferred
- Cit rix certifications preferred
- Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
