Position Overview:
Pontotoc Health and Rehab Center is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an MDS Medicare Nurse. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with our medical team to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans, facilitate the MDS process, and assist patients with Medicare and health insurance matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Facilitate the MDS (Minimum Data Set) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Assist patients with Medicare and health insurance processes.

Handle high volumes of data and complex medical reports with precision.
