Hi-Line is looking for an individual that is business minded, self-motivated and driven, someone who thrives while working independently.

You will be responsible for opening and servicing industrial MRO accounts for the protected territory in the Chicago Area. This territory covers:

  • Oak Park
  • Wheaton
  • Arlington Heights
  • Evanston
  • Buffalo Grove
  • Plus, all surrounding counties.

Your Income

If you are tired of not being able to earn what you're really worth due to capped pay structures or restricted sales ceilings, at Hi-Line we have uncapped income potential with a lucrative bonus and commission structure that allows you the ability to earn what you're really worth!

Our first year Territory Managers average an income of $55,000 - $75,000 and grow their business to an average income of over $150K. Our top Territory Managers are earning over $200,000+ per year.

  • Military & Other Government Agencies
  • Over 32 different industries for you to serve

It’s our service and integrity that sets us apart from our competition. That makes us unique in this niche. The home office and distribution center in Dallas, TX provides free support for our Territory Managers.

Accounting: An account representative will handle your customer's billing and assists with your purchase orders.

Marketing: We also have a world class Marketing Department that will work personally with you to customize marketing material designed just for you and your customers.

Distribution Center: Will automate shipments of inventory to your home on a weekly basis.

Customer Service: Will be available from 7 am - 7 pm CST, Monday - Friday, to answer your customer's questions when you are unavailable.

IT: Will assist you with any technology needs you may have with your computer or electronic reporting.

Training: We invest over $70K in our Territory Managers in their first year with classroom, digital and field training.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must reside within the territory
  • Outside industrial sales experience preferred
  • Must be able to purchase or lease an approved vehicle (your mobile store)
  • Clean driving history
  • Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
