We are a growing transformation consulting company with recognition from the US President's office on our methods, over ten years of Government past performance, multiple Government contracts, and we are set to blast beyond $5 million to $20 million in revenue over the next 5 years. As the company grows, we are looking for staff and analyst positions to support our growing consulting and trusted advisory contracts. We have a very strong basis in our Federal Business Management processes, systems, contract vehicles, estimations, audit, etc., but we need a leader to grow it and a team to the next level.
We need an extraordinary recruiting services to support our burst recruiting needs either for proactive pre-screening on upcoming large programs or for quick-turns using our existing and new pools. We are interested in seeing many offers - part-time, moonlight, service-based, retainer, etc. The main thing is we need dependable, reliable, and proven recruiters. This role will report directly to the President and will play a key role in supporting the executive management team.
You'll service a high-powered team where the focus will be on identifying senior consultant, advisor, subject matter expert, and executive management talent across the country through creative sourcing, networking, and multiple degrees of separation. This is not a role where you'll manage candidate resumes coming from online ads. We need proactive searches that may be building over 3 to 9 months, searching social media, targeted LinkedIn groups, Craigslist, and we'd expect you to have more than a few tactical tricks up your sleeve. This type of talent are not looking for a new job – you'll have to find them and then market the compelling opportunity to them using every creative tool possible at your disposal.
We would expect you would have managed numerous consultant, 1099, subject matter expert, advisor, and executive searches, either within a search firm or in a corporate recruiting function leadership role. The perfect individual will be available and reliable and is excellent at managing the feast and famine phenomenon of hiring. We expect you to be able to demonstrate how your creative sourcing results to find passive candidates for full-time, part-time or project-based support - this is key to success in this role.
We would expect you to have a background of leveraging web applicant tracking systems and technology, social media, proactive candidate pool building, excellent low-touch pre-screening, understanding how to use in-basket and other skills and leadership assessments, applying metrics, raising the bar on the quality of hires, reducing the cycle time of hiring. We would also expect a general understanding of hiring for Government, but not necessarily much more beyond EEO, Disability and VETS.
We'll want you to help build our pool, and when positions open up for hire, not only will your candidates be top on the list, but you'll be rewarded well for your hiring services. Flashing forward a year, we would like to be looking at Xentity having an established an internal high-talent search firm capability with your leadership full-time which would further be managing an external recruiting network. Our business procurement would be excited for the key personnel discovery step as the high talent pool is well built, vetted, and your internal service would be the crown jewel of the company.
