Job Description:

Searching for the right candidate to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This role requires overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities while overseeing the management of day-to-day operations of the business. Candidate will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Identify the needs of existing and potential customers and ensure that appropriate services are developed to meet those needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold-calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaint to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other locations
  • Analyze territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Forecast and tract key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Enhances organization reputations by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our positioning and competition in the industry

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time-managements and organizational skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
