Fast growing stone and tile kitchen/bathroom remodeling company seeks Administrative Sales Assistant for an immediate job opening.
- Customer service involving appointments, job inquires, remodeling needs
- Handle customer inquiries and job information
- Process purchases/potential orders from customers and enter sales order.
- Issue P/O to suppliers.
- Follow up on schedule, quantity, etc. with customer / warehouse / manager
- File, maintain, and prepare necessary documents.
- Strong anticipation skills and forward thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with customer relations
- Able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel
- Deadline/task orientated with a great sense of urgency
- High energy with positive personality
- Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility
- Detail orientated, organized and structured
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and Mac
Experience in the remodeling, stone/granite industry is a plus.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
