Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with technical project management in a semiconductor company. Understanding of several areas of semiconductor design/IP/EDA/Design-service/Foundry/OSAT/consumer product ecosystem.
Experience in agreement coordination and working with contracts.
Experience managing projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/partners.
MBA or JD degree.
Ability to understand and/or create/drive collateral and projects such as: business plans, development cost models and budgets, product strategies, complex deal transactions, strategic tech development projects, executive communications and collateral.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent leadership and organizational management skills.
Excellent use of communication and productivity tools.

As a Strategic Deals Project Manager for Google Devices and Services, you’ll be working closely with a range of key stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product and Engineering) across Pixel phones, Google Nest, Pixelbook, Chromecast, Accessories, and other emerging categories of hardware made by Google.
You'll focus on highly strategic relationships that enable the growth and success of Google’s Hardware business. You will partner with our business and cross-functional leaders to develop relationship and engagement strategy; lead the agreement-making process and develop and maintain ongoing, senior-level relationships with these critical external partners.
As a key member of this team, you are an action-oriented and organized project manager who will play a vital role in driving forward highly cross-functional teams and projects, communicating project statuses to a wide audience of stakeholders and working with stakeholders to insure their deliverables are timely and completely provided. You will prepare executive reviews of key projects and conduct a range of analytical and research projects in support of key projects and initiatives.

Provide primary project management support for strategic agreements and projects. Coordinate activities across product, strategic partnerships, sourcing and procurement, engineering, finance, legal and other stakeholders.
Develop and deploy project management and communications tools/templates to enable cross-functional team members to stay informed of critical status updates and track deliverables/commitments that are critical to agreement or project success.
Work directly with Strategic Partnership managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their deliverables and contributions to agreements and projects are timely and completely provided.
Assist project/agreement leaders to prepare for executive level presentations and review forums.
Conduct company and technology research and other analytical projects.
