Inside Sales- CSR; Customer Service Rep/Operations Mgmt
A client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Manager. This is primarily a phone/computer position and will require strong: phone, computer, and selling abilities. This position could develop into an Operational Mgmt position, supervising 8-12 people; Inside Sales, Accounting, and warehouse personnel.

Take customer calls and SELL/UP SELL products.
Make Outbound Calls to Customers, thanking them for their purchases, why they didn’t purchase, feeding information back to mgmt., and solving their problems.
Handle walk —in customers.
Some administrative duties; filing, product returns, warranties, inventory control, etc.
Working Conditions;

Monday through Friday ~8:00am-4:30pm. Work Saturdays (8:00am-2:00pm) on a rotating schedule. Typical office/warehouse environment.

REQUIRED Attributes:
Outgoing personality w/excellent verbal communications skills. Ability to learn POS, Inventory, and other systems.
Strong relevant Work History
Supervisor Experience
Must be able to work some Saturdays.
Ability to work on a phone/computer for 8+hrs.
Ability to learn key product information.
Type 30+wpm/10key proficient

Desired Attributes:Compensation:
Bilingual (English and Spanish).
Prior Automotive (phone sales) experience. Automotive Part Store experience 2+yrs. Knowledge of Auto products.
$14-16/hr to start * Monthly Commission based on Sales performance. Full Company Benefit Plan.
