Position Overview:

The Data Coordinator performs support activities for supervisors and staff, and organizes program activity outcomes. The position involves providing the support needed to ensure that all encounters with County residents are documented and accounted for as part of the overall program performance, and accountability procedures. This includes maintaining call and training logs; coordinating volunteer requirement needs; organizing satisfaction surveys and updating an internal encounter database. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Project Director and Clinical Project Director to ensure that data and information is current and accurate. This position requires close attention to details and accuracy of program data and information needed to establish accurate and reliable data, statistics and information used to measure program performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. This position requires high-stress tolerance, reliability, consistency, and the ability to learn new skills and problem solve. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition.

Key Functions/Responsibilities: Perform data validation and storage of various project documents.

  • Review project documents and make necessary revisions.
  • Sort and organize the data; both hard copy and electronic versions.
  • Transmit data report to client via Internet.
  • Update company website with recent data records.
  • Maintain the completed hard copy and electronic files of project records.
  • Assist staff in data entry when required.
  • Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
  • Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
  • Prepare data for reporting, meeting and presentations.
  • Ensure data management procedures comply with standard company policies.
  • Provide statistical analysis and longitudinal analysis of data.
  • Prepare and submit data required for audits.
  • Receive, review, assess and organize program data and information
  • Provide quality control to ensure that data and information are relevant, accurate and complete
  • Receive telephone calls, take messages and route communications to the appropriate personnel and log all interactions
  • Manage program calendar
  • Maintain a comprehensive list of organizational contacts
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Perform word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations
  • Support data entry and database management
  • Maintain inventory of equipment use
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining equipment
  • Represent the agency at various health and community-related events.

Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of college experience Bachelor Degree preferred Two years of hands on administrative support experience Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
