$20 per hour + Commission bonus for Customer Acquisitions
The Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant is responsible for assisting current property owners by analyzing their individual situation to come up with ideal solutions for the current homeowner while securing inventory for our organization to purchase, sell, or market to our purchasing partners.
Specific tasks include:
Talking with current property owners to understand their problems
Proposing solutions that solve their property problems
Coordinating with the dispositions manager to get properties sold
Managing and coordinating with virtual assistants responsible for pre-screening seller leads
Preparing cash offers for current property owners
As a Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant, the sole responsibility is getting properties under contract with current property owners
Key Performance Indicators
The Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant will primarily be evaluated on a number of performance indicators including
Offers delivered to current property owners (Primary)
Appointments with current property owners
Conversations with current property owners
Compensation for the Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant role includes transactional commission set at $500 per accepted and closed agreement (i.e. completed deal). Performance bonuses may also be awarded based on meeting or exceeding performance related benchmarks.
This Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant is an independent contractor position. We will provide you with the systems you need to be successful however you will be expected to have access to common tools and resources including a cell phone, computer and internet access. Due to the nature of the work, Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultants should also have your own reliable transportation, however, this is not a requirement.
The Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant is a full-time position requiring 40 hours or more of work each week to be successful. Due to the nature of work, you may need to work in the evenings and on weekends as these are the time windows most current property owners are available for discussion. Each Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant is in control of their own work schedule.
B&M Property Solutions conducts the main business operations in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant will be an independent contractor who can work virtually and contribute to the success of the organization from their home office in Metro-Atlanta.

Previous real estate experience is not required for the Sales Consultant / Property and Situation Consultant role. We hire for attitude and teach selected candidates about our processes, procedures, and tools through our training program.
