5 years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux distributions and at least one other technology like Red Hat Virtualization, Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, or Red Hat OpenShift; communicating value, progress, and metrics of key technology projects to a diverse audience of stakeholders; working in a strategic advisory capacity with senior IT and business executives; successfully completing multiple customer projects using an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution like Red Hat OpenStack Platform; assessing how a customer use case can be developed into a system architecture and project plan based around key open source technologies; contributing lessons learned, best practices, and how-tos to internal and external communities of practice

Willingness to travel up to 75%, mostly within the central region of North America (NA); all travel expenses will be covered by Red Hat
