Position Summary:
Supervises two or more employees in day-to-day service operations (Cementing & Acid/Pumpdown) for designated cementing District.
Essential duties include the following:
- Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner.
- Plan and execute cementing operations and associated services according to job specifications.
- Attend pre-job planning meetings, prepare and supervise the technical service provided by the crew.
- Plan and coordinate cementing operations to ensure that all materials are rigged up, tested and ready.
- Supervise cementing crew members and direct safe work activities during mobilization, rigging up, pumping, and rigging down of service equipment at the well location.
- Supervise inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment pre and post job using required documentation.
- Must be competent making calculations associated with oil field cementing, slurry calculations, displacement calculations, pressure and force calculations, and volume and height calculations.
- Supervise and provide quality control of all cementing products and mixed fluids on site, including technical analysis and specific product and practical recommendations to the customer.
- Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
- CDL - A Required
- This position is required to perform safety sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,500.00 - $160,000.00 per year
