**Job Title:** Construction Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of installation projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise Installtion Crews from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and oversee all onsite activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of construction plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and Primavera to track project progress.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and Project Managers to ensure project success.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
- Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and Primavera.
- Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
