Business Office Manager / Bookkeeper Positon

Skilled nursing facility in the San Antonio North Side area is seeking a LTC Business Office Manager / Bookkeeper.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS’ OF MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY AND LONG TERM CARE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY BILLING EXPERIENCE.

Knowledge of the PointClickCare software is a plus. The qualified applicant must be self-motivated, organized, task oriented, and a team player.

Job duties required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Daily census tracking and reporting
  • Medicare/Medicaid/Manage Care/ RUG tracking
  • Private Pay, Co-insurance, Hospice, Managed Care billing and collections
  • Post Cash Receipts
  • Trust Fund Management
  • Analyze outstanding accounts receivable
  • Track Medicaid applicants pending Medicaid eligibility
  • Verify Medicare eligibility
  • Month end close
