We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Clinical Support Services Analyst II.

The Clinical Support Services Analyst II is responsible for the development and presentation of comprehensive operational reporting solutions as well as the preparation of analytics used in scheduling and credentialing.

Work closely with business leaders and end users to create value-adding analytical models
Monitor the integrity of systems and lead team to develop new ideas or processes
Provide coaching or direction to other analysts and member of the team
Develop analytics tools, dashboards and other KPI measures

Prepare and analyze the following:
Staffing allocations and payroll across facilities
Projections of future costs based on actual expenditure and future state plans
Initial and post project justification tracking, and data support
Other reporting, analysis and data capture as needed
Work collaboratively with both internal and external customers
Proactively analyze existing reports and data to identify opportunities for improvement / best practice
Provide thorough documentation of analytical assumptions and reporting processes
Troubleshoot program logic in a well-organized and systematic manner
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 4 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to create summary reports for tracking and trending Operations process
Strong ability to understand and analyze user requirements as they relate to organizational goals and objectives
Microsoft Office Suite
Excel (Advanced knowledge required – logic functions, lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Adobe Acrobat ProCrystal Reports, Lawson, Kronos, and Qgenda experience a plus
Ability to effectively interact with all level of management, interview business leads and present developments and findings to business users
Ability to create and work with database reporting
Advanced technical skill sufficient to develop complex, but concise and user-friendly reports
Proven capability and desire to share knowledge with peers, both within one’s own department and throughout the wider organization
Ability to effectively prioritize and successfully execute projects in a high-demand environment
Ability to work both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments
