Admin Assistant, Part-time, flexible days/hours (no sales) - Norcross, GA


Job Description is an online eCommerce provider of power cells to businesses, consumers, and government agencies.

We are rapidly expanding and have an immediate opening for a long-term, part-time administrative support assistant to perform customer support and marketing tasks – 16 to 20 hours per week, four or five days per week (flexible). This is a real administrative position in a small office environment working side-by-side with the business owner (not sales).

Duties will include:

  • Responding to a high volume of email, website inquiries, and phone calls
  • Heavy use of GSuite – Not just Gmail, but Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
  • Creating and updating online sales and promotions on the website
  • Designing and sending email marketing campaigns and maintaining the customer contact list
  • Answering customer product inquiries via email and phone
  • And other general office duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree preferred - associate, bachelor's, or master's in any field is ok
  • Min three years’ experience working in a similar position in a professional office environment
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or other design applications
  • Familiarity with MailChimp, Aweber, or other major marketing applications
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Experience with GSuite - Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
