Description
Adult Learning and Facilitation Consultants develop, deliver, and maintain professional development opportunities for full-time and adjunct faculty through the NGC Faculty Development Program, and support the management of the NGC Instructor Certification and Qualification Program, and NGC Adjunct Instructor Program.
Responsibilities Include: Analyze/research, design, and develop student-centered learning solutions for faculty using industry best practices, cognitive science, and emerging educational research. The design and delivery mechanisms, examples of eLearning software, and deliverables shall be consistent with customer requirements. Review and assess course/solution evaluations and other empirical and/or anecdotal data to ensure that Faculty Development curriculum and performance support solutions are current, relevant, and aligned with mission requirements. Provide recommendations to improve curriculum; upon customer approval of a recommendation(s), they shall analyze, re-design, and develop curriculum and/or performance support solutions using industry best practices and cognitive science, and emerging education research.
Provide formalized and centralized oversight of the Instructor Certification requirements and similar initiatives. Deliver lessons via multiple delivery methods (classroom, blended, synchronous/asynchronous online, video, and performance support) within the NGC Faculty Development Program.
Desired Experience: 7 or more years of direct, related experience.
Desired Education: A bachelor’s degree in related field.
Pay Range $75,400.00 - $116,000.00 - $156,600.00
