The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a remote Diagnostic Support Technician (Heavy Duty Machinery). This is a remote position based in Oregon. As the Technician, you will provide remote diagnostic support to Technicians and customers for their heavy equipment repair needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Diagnostic Support Technician your key responsibilities will include:
- Support Technicians with various heavy equipment repair needs, including sourcing service information, diagnosing equipment through remote control of computers, and providing advice and repair solutions
- Create, administer, and participate in training courses to maintain related skills
- Produce mailouts and service bulletins regarding equipment repair and tips
- Advise on repair options and procedures to ensure warranty compliance and a positive customer experience
- Ensure compliance with corporate safety initiatives, policies, and programs
- Receive and direct callers and requests, and log relevant case information
