Quintessentially, a Private members-only Luxury Lifestyle Management & Concierge is looking for Concierge Agents to work onsite in Beverly Hills. In this role, you will be required to provide high-touch, personable, and informed concierge services for all visitors and members of the club. This is including but not limited to easily-solvable requests related to the on-site offering, as well as detailed requests requiring research, third party communication, and support from Quintessentially’s outer offices.

Members may place a variety of requests related to luxury shopping, dining, entertainment, travel and leisure, as well as related to administrative and lifestyle needs. Requests will be made by Members face-to-face, through email communication, and telephone, and must be actioned by the Member Concierge Agent in a timely manner. The ideal applicant will possess a thorough knowledge of Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, as well as upcoming events, and will be able to handle all member inquiries.

In addition, Member Concierge Agents will be responsible for contributing to the operational and administrative functions of the Members Club, and may be required to participate in the planning or organization of member events held within the club.

We are looking for candidates with an understanding of luxury fashion, retail environments, elevated services and operational standards, with a penchant for problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.


Shift hours, 5 days a week.

However, it may be the case that in order to fulfil the duties of the role, different or additional hours may be necessary.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Customer Service: Front Desk, Customer Facing & Presentation
  • Greet customers in a friendly & professional manner
  • Interact with and provide directional information to guests
  • Provide onsite information to members
  • Provide information regarding local attractions, transportation and dining
  • Arrange transportation and restaurant reservations
  • Answer inbound calls to the Guest Service Desk
  • Continually exceed guest expectations * Communication & Technology Skills:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate across multiple platforms * Operational Skills & Management, Multi-task & Time Management
  • Provide Managers with observations, guest comments, and recommendations * Business Development
  • Supplier relations building
  • Working with local suppliers on event planning & marketing promotions * Participate in training and education programs


  • 2-4 years of customer service experience in a luxury retail environment, hotel, executive assistance/PA, or restaurant industry preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication, in-person presentation
  • Must be fluent in English, additional Languages are desirable
  • Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly
  • Independent, Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player to support teamers when needed
  • Confident, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines working under pressure
  • Computer and Technology savvy (CRM, Microsoft Office, Telephony systems) preferred
  • Understanding of operations, logistics, scheduling, and front office administration
  • Interest in events planning, creative partnerships, and venue management
  • Hold a valid US work visa/ citizenship.
