WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A PROPERTY MANAGER

Property Oversight: Ensure that the residential community maintains the highest standards of excellence. Oversee the general day to day operations of our luxury residential building. Develop policies, procedures, and regulations to effectively manage the property including construction work, tenant alteration process and certificate of insurance requirements

Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. Provide guidance and support, ensuring everyone is aligned with the vision of delivering exceptional resident service.

Resident Interface: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Serve as a trusted point of contact, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs to enhance their living experience.

Customer Service: Makes introductory calls to all future residents prior to move-in and initiates face-to-face meeting with new residents to assure quality control and confirm satisfaction with service that was provided.
- Communication: Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Handles all resident complaints expeditiously, diplomatically and professionally. Provides resolution to resident problems and on-going resident relations.

Compliance: Maintains accurate files for all site administration, including: lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Prepares and processes appropriate written communications, i.e., memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.

Financials: Prepare and manage capital and expense budgets, including reporting to senior staff and ownership groups.

Qualifications:

You have 5 + years of experience managing luxury residential properties or in hospitality management.

You are a financial guru who is familiar with reading and writing budgets along with creating and analyzing variance reports. You possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.
- You are a goal-oriented leader who demonstrates genuine care and concern for your team, clients, and residents.

You are committed to the mission of exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service to strengthen real estate value.

You are a technology enthusiast proficient in leveraging technology tools and platforms including Microsoft Office, calendar management, our internal applicant database software (Yardi) and social media seamlessly.

You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with ease among our team, residents and vendors.

You have the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
