Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a customer-focused mindset, able to handle a variety of customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
