This person is responsible for providing support to one of Gunnison County's leading real estate agents. It's this position's purpose is to increase the amount of high-quality time the team leader can invest into expanding the business, nurturing lifetime relationships and providing extraordinary leadership. The assistant will serve in a fast-paced environment and is a special person who will act as the primary support in a manner which will increase the capture rate of high quality and make their lives easier by providing support as directed by the team leader.


Calendar Management with effective prioritization, resolving scheduling conflicts as necessary

Meeting coordination: organizing recurring and materials production (printing, copying etc.)

General administrative support including phone coverage, emails, filing (paper and electronic), photocopying, etc.

Telephone Conversations with current, past and prospective clients

Preparation and editing of presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence and general communications

Creating ongoing print and online marketing materials

Property listing and transaction coordination management


Must be able to work full time, 9-5pm Monday through Friday

Must be professional, polite, well-spoken and courteous; must demonstrate a calm demeanor in all situations

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have effective problem-solving skills, be proactive and solution-orientated

Must have excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Docs, Wordpress

Must be tech savvy

Marketing experience desired

Must have excellent organizational skills

Education: High School diploma required, college degree or coursework preferred
