Job Description

We currently have an opening for a Marketing Associate in our Northumberland office. Graphics

· Must have a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, as well as Illustrator.

· Produce graphics for both print and online use, including marketing collateral, websites, packaging, displays, proposals and advertising

· Create content for various e-commerce channels including product images, graphics, banners, creative writing and technical specifications

· Update and maintain product content, including imagery, specifications and copywriting, so that it reflects current models and features

· Collaborate with web developers to execute creative concepts

· Should be able to quickly become familiar with, distinguish and manage the company’s numerous sales channels and product lines

· Communicate consistent messages across print and electronic media. Ensure that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to target audiences.

· Ensure that communications are accurate, clear, and complete; correct in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and editorial style

Videography / Photography (Coordinate/Edit)

· Develop and oversee production schedules with talent agencies and outside vendors; identify and resolve production schedule problems, adjusting workload to ensure deadlines are met

· Contribute to the efforts of team members and outside vendors for product and lifestyle photography sessions, in-house and offsite, including site prep, production assistance and editing.

· Produce/edit video content for a variety of platforms such as TV, web, social media, & Facebook Live

· Coordinate and execute video projects from concept to completion, including but not limited to research, story development, location/talent scouting, site prep, shooting, and editing

· Provide high-quality product photography for web and print media

· Provide photography and video coverage of special events

· Organize and maintain graphics and photography inventory files (raw, edited, final)

· Collaborate with multiple departments and provide content and creative support on demand

Requirements:

· Minimum AA, BS, or BA in Graphic Art, Applied Arts, Mass Communications, Photography, Film, Video Production or Marketing

· 2+ years of experience in, and advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator

· Experience in video production/editing, DSLR camera operation, GoPro operation

· Proficient in WordPress, Microsoft Office, online file management and organizational programs

· Attention to detail, fact-checking and proofreading

· Ability to meet tight deadlines, creatively solve problems, and manage multiple projects

· Adaptability to changing deadlines and priorities

· Willingness to work independently and with a team

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Communicate ideas effectively to peers and supervisors, give and receive feedback constructively

· Work full-time Monday through Friday in our Northumberland, PA office
