Primary daily tasks of the Corporate Security Administration Analyst will revolve around identity and access management for the business. This will include, but is not limited to user account management, logical access control validation, responding to and closing requests for service, verifying user access requests, and managing high priority incident response scenarios.

Will implement industry best practices throughout the company's IT infrastructure and ensure secure measures are being followed.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT or Corporate Security Administration role in a financial institution preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of bank operations and banking regulations in related functional area. Must be fully cross trained in applicable operations processes. Working knowledge of personal computers, including word processing and spreadsheet software programs required.

Extended experience as Corporate Security Administration Analyst in the financial industry (preferably in a Dell One environment)
Security Service Certified Professional (SSCP) or other similar Security industry certification or the ability to obtain within one year of employment
Good knowledge of the logical access control framework

Job Duties

Performs all the level one responsibilities in addition to:
Directly supervises employees while overseeing assigned function(s). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Bank's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing and appraising performance; coaching and development; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for Security Administration Incident resolution and SLA management
Control discrete processes, and provide weekly reporting to management
Review, revise, and refine Security policies, procedures, and other documented processes regularly
Create / Update Procedures in line with new developments
write system documentation
Produce, update and adopt procedures as they are introduced
Delivering required information when audits are performed.
Update the security knowledgebase with information confirmed by valid sources
Gain professional knowledge on security management
Provides management with solicited and unsolicited ideas to improve the organization and approach
Monitor implementation of proposed improvements
Leads (small/midsize) projects
Trains and mentors junior staff
Informing new or less experienced colleagues (new) processes or methods of work
Act as expert for colleagues operational and professional issues
Gathers and tracks information related to certification and security incidents.
Monitor and process consumer and commercial online activity alerts
