Seattle Central College International Education Programs is seeking a highly motivated hourly Administrative Office Assistant.
This position is responsible for providing clerical assistance to the International Admissions Office.
This position is part-time only and approximately 10-15 hours a week.

Perform data entry of admission materials and immigration documents
Issue acceptance materials for admitted students
Correspond with applicants to ensure the completeness of applications
Provide other clerical support as needed
Required Education, Experience & Abilities:
High school diploma
Two years of clerical experience
Experience with data entry
Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently in a high-demand environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
Experience of working with international students in higher education
Experience of providing customer service in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural environment
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
