*** Position is available for part-time and full-time. Schedule is done quarterly, routined weekly and does not change.***

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Provide welcoming phone greeting and follow Guest ordering procedures
- Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
- Protect establishment and customers by adhering to sanitation, safety, and health control policies
- Keep kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and work with team members
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform basic tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Fill in for absent staff as needed
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service industry preferred but not required
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
