We are seeking a bilingual Administrative Manager to join our team and work alongside our Site Director to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Overview: The Administrative Manager (Bilingual English & Chinese) will play a crucial role in managing the administrative functions of the daycare center. This position involves overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining accurate records of children’s information and files. The Administrative Manager will work closely with the Site Director to ensure that the center runs efficiently and effectively.
Duties:
- Assist the Site Director in the overall management and administration of the daycare center.
- Manage and support teachers and teacher assistants, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children’s information, including enrollment, attendance, health records, and emergency contact details.
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to address inquiries, concerns, and updates regarding their children.
- Oversee the implementation of curriculum and educational programs in collaboration with the Site Director.
- Assist in the planning and execution of center events and activities.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance requests.
- Handle payroll, billing, and other financial administrative tasks.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff members.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
