The Data Analyst level II position is a part of the Data Management Group. The position requires in depth knowledge of Data Management and experience with project operational support.
Monitoring data processing systems
Evaluating internal/external data and processes for integrity
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative analyses
Researching production and data issues
Cross-functionally communicating and collaborating with data suppliers, clients and internal IQVIA groups
Applying broad knowledge to identify and resolve issues
Managing data transmission processes
Support implementation of new tools and processes, as needed
Interpreting data and analyzing results using various techniques
Monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
Maintaining a library of data processing standards and procedure manuals
Provide customer support to client and implementation team
5+ years working in Data Management with advanced IT skills in Excel, Oracle and SQL
BS in Computer Science, or related
Knowledgeable and proficient in understanding, writing and executing mid-level SQL Queries
Ability to work independently, receiving minimal guidance
Proficiency in popular data analysis tools and databases
Proven ability to efficiently manage and implement quick-turnaround of tactical requests
Access proficiency a plus
