Ensure timeliness and accuracy in the execution and management of internal/external customer applications, settings and request
Reconcile data, update documents and communicate to appropriate parties in a timely manner
Maintain customer specific data; includes acquisition pricing, demand transfers, credits, new item adds, client part numbers and customer profile settings
Provide phone coverage and incoming call support while exhibiting a professional manner
Prioritize multiple activities; phone, email, document filing and system transactions
Accurate setup of accounts by ensuring proper paperwork is received and provided to the appropriate internal departments
Support key programs and/or processes that drive efficiencies, as assigned
Assist with development, training and facilitation of the distribution team for building a high-performing culture
Maintaining positive, consistent, and effective communication with all members of distribution, sales team and staff
