ROLE: Office Medical Assistant
SUPERVISED BY: Regional Coordinator/Clinical Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
Purpose of Position: As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. You will support providers and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care, clinic maintenance, and communication with other Ideal Option departments. The goal is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. This job may also include cross training as a Telemedicine / Medical Scribe on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the employer’s business needs.
