Ridgecrest Rehab Center, a long term care skilled nursing home, is searching for an experienced manager to administer the functions of the business office, human resources and payroll. Preferred candidates will be experienced and knowledgeable in AP; AR; long term care reimbursements such as Medicare, Medicaid, and VA funding; collections, trust fund management; payroll management; and general administrative services.

We prefer prior business office experience within a nursing home, senior living center or health care environment. We also require someone who is customer service oriented; flexible; able to multi-task while demonstrating great organizational and communication skills. The right candidate must be able to work well with residents, families, employees, providers, vendors and visitors.
