Works in close cooperation with the senior leadership of Strategy to drive the achievement of key strategic goals and initiatives by working with all divisions across the enterprise. Develops and implements strategies designed to drive execution and performance. Analyzes trends and economic drivers impacting success, identifies organizational strengths and weaknesses, and pursues opportunities meant to position the organization favorably over the longer term. Guides teams in developing and implementing strategic thinking and processes that push the enterprise forward. Experience and Education: Leads and directs the work of other employees. Supervision is often provided through a team of subordinate managers. Responsible for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination. Contributes to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function. Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.
Requires thorough knowledge of organizational strategy within the non-profit industry.

Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations; strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and budgeting for the non-profit sector and/or for-profit sector.

Requires strong interpersonal and organization skills, proofreading accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
Knowledge ordinarily acquired through attainment of a Bachelor’s degree and/or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
