Intern is expected to adhere to specified requirements identified by division and/or needs of specified departments. Intern shall be mentored and instructed incrementally throughout the duration of "internship".
We are seeking an entry-level IT/computer enthusiast who can help us do the following:
Provision/Document/Decommission users and entitlements in internal and external software systems and resources.
Monitor IT Helpdesk Ticket queue and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
Use various tools to perform related support functions.
Instruct/train users as required on access and use of company and client systems.

AA, BS, or previous experience in technical related field.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various pc, application, and network technologies including:
Microsoft Desktop Technologies (Win7/Win10, Office 2016, Skype for Business, OneDrive)
Remote Desktop, VNC.
Antivirus products (Ex: Symantec, Trend Micro, etc…)
Experience with ticket documentation system preferred
Strong work ethic and dedication to owning and resolving problems.
Attentive to detail, and a capacity to follow procedures.
