Job Summary
Producers are at the forefront of bringing premium branded experiences to life. Activate producers are hybrids between project and account managers.
You will be leading the fabrication, programming, coordination and overall execution of Activate’s programs with the uncompromising expectation of on-time and on-budget delivery.
General Responsibilities
Collaborate across departments to manage the large volume of deliverables for each program.
Generate production documentation throughout the entire lifecycle of each program including but not limited to:
- Program Estimates
- Statements of Work
- Work Back Schedules
- Internal Budgets
- Artwork Approvals
- Purchasing Approvals
- Sourcing Decks
- Operations Manuals
- Metrics Reports
- Expense Reports
- Post Program - Recaps
Build, lead, and manage onsite crews including:
- Event Operations
- Brand Ambassadors
- Promotional Models
- Technical Staff
- Specialty Labor
Hire and manage external vendors to ensure Activate standards of quality, accuracy of pricing and timeline of deliverables.
Interface with clients (daily if required) to ensure that all deliverables are executed to the highest possible quality. Client service is an absolute at Activate.
Extensive travel will be required once health and safety protocols allow (Varies by account and by season).
Activate reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Portfolio of delivered events / experiential activations a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Thrives in fast paced work environment
- Critical thinking in high pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in project management software (Asana preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
