Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of software development experience, or 5 years with an advanced degree.
Experience with C++ and Python.
Experience with scientific computing and analysis.
Advanced degree in computer science, math, physics, or related field.
Experience with ray tracing techniques and Monte Carlo simulation methods.
Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Experience with Python scientific modules (numpy, scipy, matplotlib, pandas).
Ability to work across teams.
Excellent communication skills.

With your technical expertise you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
As a Software Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the software that our products are built upon.

Work closely with the rest of the R&D team to develop physics-based design and simulation software.
Develop large-scale data-processing pipelines for use by both design and project engineering teams.
Push capabilities of software based on needs: faster simulations, new optimization techniques, modeling of physical phenomena.
Write unit and full cycle tests and review other engineers' code.
