This individual is responsible for processing high quality loans that meet Amerifirst Home Loans, LLC guidelines. Bi-lingual job seekers are encouraged to apply.
Additional duties include:
- Develop knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements
- Understand real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions
- Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk
- Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for Amerifirst Home Loans, LLC in the marketplace
2+ years Mortgage Processing experience. Persons hired for this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau mortgage processing qualification requirements and must comply with Amerifirst Home Loans, LLC policies related to these requirements. The Mortgage Loan Processor requirements include meeting applicable character and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening
