Security Systems/ Fire Systems/ Access Control and CCTV
Requirements:
- Experience in CCTV, voice, and data cabling is a MUST.
- Knowledge of access control/ fire alarm / CCTV is a MUST.
- Current valid or prior State requiredlicense(s) for low voltage/burglar alarm/fire alarm/security/CCTV is a MUST.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Available to travel.
- Experience reading blueprints and site maps a plus.
- Knowledgeable about NFPA standards, including NFPA 70 and 72
- Knows how to troubleshoot switches, WiFi, and routers.
- Napco Gem- C Fire Systems / Firelite Experience a HUGE plus
- Available to operate a BOOM or scissor lift, and ability to work at heights.
- Has basic telecommunication tools, and reliable transportation.
- Must have knowledge of cabling infrastructure.
- Experience in conduit installation is a plus.
- Gate Operator - Automation Experience
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Install, repair, or upgrade fire alarm systems and program control panels for fire alarm systems with the guidance of building plans and electrical layouts.
- Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.
- Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations ensuring that CCTV and fire alarm systems comply with electrical and fire codes.
- Assist and interface with the Installation Team Lead or Project Manager regarding on-site scheduling of work activities and timely delivery of equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with current codes and regulations.
- Mount sensors at appropriate locations, performing all necessary tasks, such as drilling holes for cabling and accessing locations such as crawlspaces or attics.
- Install Gate Operators and Telephone Entry Systems
- Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed systems and component devices are operational.
- Troubleshoot new system installations to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; and legal and/or insurance requirements.
