Our Reston, VA office is looking for an experienced EHS Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS consulting and/or corporate EHS program management who is highly motivated by the cultivation of long-term and mutually-rewarding relationships with clients, coworkers, and partners. The successful candidate will have a strong history of performing technical work and servicing clients and should be able to demonstrate strengths in one or more of the following areas:

Industrial hygiene programs
Responding to indoor air quality complaints and providing recommendations
Asbestos, lead, and mold sampling and abatement oversight
Stormwater, spill prevention, hazardous waste, hazardous materials management, chemical management
Understanding of health and safety regulatory requirements and regulatory compliance audits
Conducting accident investigations and creating follow up responses
Performing EHS inspections & assessments such IH, PPE, and machine guarding
Creating/maintaining/implementing hazard communication/chemical safety programs
Creating and delivering health and safety training
Developing or auditing management systems
Expertise and experience in EHS regulatory compliance
EHS Auditing
Process Hazard Analysis
Process Safety Management
Development of EHS programs at a site level
Additional skills are desirable, but not required including developing proposals and cost estimating, developing business through sales and networking, and attending conferences and other marketing events.

Job Requirements:
Prior consulting of EHS experience
Ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
General knowledge of EHS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to gather and organize data from multiple sources
Ability to plan and implement projects
Professional certifications (such as CIH, ASP, CSP, CPE, CAC, or CHMM) desired, but not required
