We are looking for a punctual, detailed, accurate, and customer-oriented team member for Kronos L2 Support. We are looking for a candidate with Kronos experience, Call Center experience, and it would be great if they also had Desktop Support experience.

The candidate must live within a 150 mile radius of Philadelphia, PA, but we are also allowing DC. The candidate will need to be able to come into Philadelphia for 2 one week training periods which will most likely not be consecutive weeks.


  • Candidate must have a good phone personality
  • Must be able to manage their time as this is a Work At Home position
  • Must be able to work M-F from 12:30PM-9:30PM
  • Must have Call Center or Help Desk experience dealing with remote users
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and independently
  • General desktop troubleshooting and analytical skills desired


  • This is a unique Call Center / Help Desk position that requires experience with Kronos Time and Attendance
  • Must have experience with a Ticketing System such as ServiceNow or Remedy, etc.
  • Should have actual day-to-day experience using or supporting the Kronos Time and Attendance application or comparable application in regards to verifying / editing timesheets, creating / editing schedules, understand how accruals work and know how to adjust accruals, how to process org maps (add / remove / rename requests), understand the various punch methods (Clock, IVR and Timestamp), understand how to set up user access (add / remove / modify) and processing Historical Edits
