We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential service technicians who like to help people and can sell service. The essential functions of the HVAC Service Technician are to provide general HVAC installation, repair and services. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options.

Job responsibilites include:
- Provide superior administrative support to the Account Manager and others as directed
- Create Purchase Orders received by Warehouse and Field on Dispatch Program for appropriate Job Costing
- Prepare Purchase Order Reports for Owner review
- Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents for Account Manager
- Oversee and Manage Third Party Applications (Dispatch, GPS, etc)
- Oversee and Manage Facility Vendors and requests (IT, Exterminator, etc)
- Assist Clients with Financing Applications and submit Financing Applications
- Maintain proper Employee Records
- Receive, stamp and sort incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing departmental mail
- Creates, updates and maintains department policies, manuals, activity books, communication records, files, databases and other documentation necessary for department.
- Ensures that the office is maintained and kept clean and organized (includes prioritizing work for janitorial staff and reminding internal employees on office guidelines)
- Maintains the site badging system, to include creating badges, updating access and system codes on the security system.
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Ensure accuracy of payroll/system data
- Manage all leaves of absences
- Coordinating new hire procedures including background investigations and Onboarding procedures including Email, Account and Device creation and Management moving forward
- Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
- Understand Human Resource policies and communicate properly to employees
- Handle and Resolve Human Resource issues including current and ex employees
- Handle and Resolve any Vehicle Accident Reports
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Responsible for completing all tasks timely
- Leads a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all associates
